WSV De Put (pictured above) lies on the north bank of the Haringvliet north of the island of Tiengemeten with the entrance marked by two yellow buoys. It is a good sized harbour with plenty of space for visitors including alongside berths. €1.50/m per night plus electricity and tourist tax. The harbour has a small club house for low key socialising where you will also find the harbour master and facilities block. Free cycle hire for visitors. Nearest shopping facilities in Zuid Beijerland (7km by bike).

There are no longer any moorings in the tiny Niewendijk harbour on the north bank of the Haringvliet, just the foot and cycle ferry to the island of Tiengemeten.

Further east at Hitserse Kade the yacht club of WSV de Hitsert still welcomes visitors to their tiny yacht club with mainly box moorings and a very limited number of alongside spaces close to the entrance for boats up to 15m. €1.50/m per night plus electricity and tourist tax. The nearby village of Zuid Beijerland has a supermarket and restaurant, and is a 1km cycle ride (7 minutes at Dutch cycling speed!) – free bike hire available to visitors.
