At the Doesburg town visitors harbour the harbour master is now a machine which charges €1,35/m (2017 price). Plus extra for electricity, water and showers.

You are also required to purchase a gate pass at 5 euros, which has 2 euros of electricity pre paid on it but that doesn’t last long. The card has to be further charged to pay for the electricity and water. The harbour area has been significantly refurbished and modernised but it still has an old deserted factory on one side and a noisy weir on the other. 

For a more peaceful and reasonably priced place to stay, try WV De Ank at Doetinchem on the Oude IJssel. A lovely friendly club and Oude IJssel is a real treat.
